Is there an alternative to Vitamin E?
The use of plant substances with a high content of natural antioxidants in feed formulations has increased in recent years, in particular due to the high performing animals and consequently increased oxidative stress. Conventional Vitamin E is made up of a group of tocopherols. Alpha-tocopherol as acetate is the most common form in animal feed. The recommended feeding standards are also based on this. Extensive research now shows that high-performing animals need a feed with a much broader spectrum of antioxidants.

Herb-All E-PLEX as a complementary replacement for Vitamin E
Herb-All E-PLEX is a mixture of carefully selected plants with a high content of natural antioxidants and functional components to complement and replace conventional Vitamin E. Herb-All E-PLEX in monogastrics
A recently completed trial in monogastrics should demonstrate the potential of Herb-All E-PLEX as a partial replacement for Vitamin E. The results have shown that Vitamin E can be replaced by up to 50% without any loss of performance. Due to the much broader antioxidant spectrum of Herb-All E-PLEX, the zootechnical performance of the trial group has even been improved compared to animals fed only with pure Vitamin E
